We had a fun day on the trolley and had a nice friendly group . Hubs is not a wine drinker and went on this for me . He recommends some access to beer for non wine people . Your guide was very nice and accommodating to all , even a few difficult people we had . Highly recommend it

Not very long, but long enough to be 100% enjoyable. The driver was a very well spken, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, Craig made the trip great. Very nice setup. 4 winery is the perfect number for wine tasting.

Our guide Jaye was very knowledgeable and personable. We had a fantastic time and learned a lot. We have always loved the red blend, but now have a new favorite!

Safari West was such an amazing adventure from start to finish. We got to see so many beautiful and unique animals up close, and the entire experience felt both exciting and educational. Our guide was incredibly informative, friendly, and passionate about the animals, which made the tour even more enjoyable. I also loved learning about the conservation efforts and hearing fun facts throughout the safari. One thing I didn’t realize before visiting was that they have cabins available for overnight stays. After seeing the property, I can honestly say it would be such a fun and memorable getaway. We are already planning to come back for a longer stay and would love to experience one of the behind-the-scenes tours next time. Highly recommend Safari West for families, couples, or anyone who loves animals and nature.

We’d really enjoyed the outing and Kyle was awesome! To see the exhibit’s was amazing, the giraffe’s, different types of antelope and the rhinoceroses was a wonderful experience.

The wines were delicious and our sommelier, Roberto, was amazing. He answered all of our questions and told us about the history of Prisoner Wine Company. He truly made the experience!

Incredible that we went to 4 vineyards with 4 tastings at each one. Appreciated being driven & dropped off.

Excellent way to go to many wineries and get an organized tour with with e tasting at each stop. To plan this yourself would be overwhelming ! And our amazing guide Paul made sure we were all safe and got our wine bottles at the end of the day!

Loved the experience The first 40. Minutes are walking. Not good for someone with mobility issues Wish we had know about the add to feed animals. I hear that is memorable

It was good. I thought i’d see more of a variety of animals and i thought i would see the giraffes closer up.

I loved the experience! The place is beautiful. The quality of the wine and the service are impeccable. A simple and high quality tour with good cost/benefit. Roberto was our assistant. Excellent! A great experience for those who come to Napa Valley.

We walked in and were able to do a wine tasting. We chose the prisoner and Domaine curry tasting. We tried 5 wines and the sommelier was so knowledgeable about the history. The labels and the ladies of Domaine. It was so interesting.

Have not been here in years. Tour was fine. Charging for tastings is inappropriate. If we taste and don’t like enough to buy, they still charge. Guide Craig was great and very personable. Liked Bread and Butter. Wine was great and bought some. Having a tasting for an additional $40 or $50 pp adds a lot to overall cost and seems channel entitlement even if the wine is not worth buying for the discount.

It is so much fun and very educational. Omar was great. What a great birthday! It did advertise tasting with lunch was included but that is not true

Paul was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. The group was made of people from all over the place be we found a was to have a great time over some extremely good wine.

So much fun! Love the open air trolley! Small group. Four wineries. Delicious lunch provided. Tasting fees extra but waived if you buy wine.
